THIS INDEMNITY AGREEMENT: For the event held on the date below, The Social Garden at 1021 South Coast Highway (Indemnitee) wishes to be indemnified by Signer, (our guest), against any and all liability that may occur or result from the indeminifier’s participation, including any imbibing or consumption at the event below:
